<br />Spe.eÆal P40v~¡On6 <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />SECTION 3l.ll Tract Offices. Permitted real estate tract offices shall <br />conform to the following regulations in addition to any conditions that may be <br />imposed by use permit: <br /> <br />-.I <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Tract offices may be located within the subdivision tract which <br />is being developed and offered for sale to the public. The <br />maintenance of tract offices shall be subject to such time limitations <br />as may be specified by use permit. <br /> <br />Tract offices constructed as independent buildings shall be removed <br />within 30 days after the last sale of any parcel within the sub- <br />division by the person receiving the permit for such office, or <br />within ten days after the period specified by use permit, whichever <br />occurs first. <br /> <br />- '" - -po <br /> <br />-- <br /> <br />-.--- <br /> <br />SECTION 31.l2 Swimming Pools. Any pool, pond, lake, or open tank not <br />located within a completely enclosed building and containing or normally capable <br />of containing water to a depth at any point greater than 24 inches, when. <br />located in any R District, shall comply with the fòllowing requirements: <br /> <br />v <br /> <br />--_..- <br /> <br />(a) Such pools shall be used solely for the enjoyment <br />of the occupants of the premises on which located and <br />their guests and shall not be used for any commercial <br />or business purpose or for economic gain. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Such pools shall maintain the front and side yards required for the <br />main building in the zone in which it is constructed, but in no case <br />shall be closer than five feet to any lot line. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Filter and heating systems for swimming pools shall not be located <br />within ten feet of any property line. <br /> <br />------ <br /> <br />SECTION 3l.l3 Trailers. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person to <br />occupy or use any trailer for living or sleeping purposes unless such trailer <br />is either located in a trailer park or is being used as an office for a <br />construction project, a circus or carnival, while such activities are being <br />conducted. <br /> <br />(b}No trailer, regardless of size or type, shall be parked in a public <br />street or required front yard or street side yard of a corner lot or parked so <br />that it takes up or blocks a required automobile parking space or loading space <br />for more than 48 hours. <br /> <br />SECTION 3l.l4 Trailer Parks. Trailer parks shall be subject to and <br />shall conform to the following requirements: <br /> <br />."--" <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />All areas not used for access, parking, .traffic, circulation, <br />structures, or service facilities shall be permanently landscaped <br />and the entire site shall be maintained in neat, cl~an and sanitary <br />condition. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />No buildings or trailers shall be located within 20 feet of any <br />lot line. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Not more than 25 per cent of the lot shall be covere~ by buildings <br />and tra ilers . <br /> <br />64 <br />
