DAS:sb 5/16/87 (933) <br /> <br /> 8. Contractor, at its sole cost and expense, shall obtain <br />and maintain in full force and effect throughout the entire term <br />of this agreement insurance coverage as approved by the City <br />Attorney. <br /> <br /> Concurrently with the execution of the agreement provided <br />for herein, Contractor shall furnish City with a certificate or <br />certificates, as well as copies of all declarations or <br />information page(s), evidencing issuance of all insurance <br />mentioned herein, said certificate(s) and copies of said <br />declaration or information page(s)shall be deposited with the <br />City Clerk, and shall bear the following endorsements: <br /> <br /> (a) An endorsement precluding cancellation or reduction in <br />coverage before the expiration of forty-five (45) days after City <br />shall have received written notification by Registered Mail from <br />the insurance carrier; <br /> <br /> (b) A standard cross-liability endorsement; <br /> <br /> (c) An endorsement naming the City of Redwood City, its <br />Council, officers, boards, commissions, agents and employees as <br />additional insureds; <br /> <br /> (d) An endorsement stating that the insurance afforded <br />thereby to City, its Council, officers, agents and employees <br />shall be primary insurance to the full limits of its liability <br />of the policy, and that if City or its officers and employees <br />have other insurance against a loss covered by such policy, such <br />other insurance shall be in excess insurance only. <br /> <br /> In the event of the breach of any provision of this <br />paragraph, or in the event of any notices received which <br /> <br /> 9 <br /> <br /> <br />
