A (602) <br /> <br />Joint City Council and Redevelopment Agency Meeting of December 13, 2004. <br /> <br />Present: Council Member Bain, Foust, Hartnett, Howard, Vice Mayor Pierce and <br />Mayor Ira <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered into the Minutes <br /> <br />MIS FoustlBain To approve the General Plan Amendment, Zoning Map Amendments, <br />and EI Camino RealNera Avenue Site Precise Plan by taking the following actions as <br />recommended by the Planning Commission to approve the project and subject to the <br />Redevelopment Agency Board's approval of the Disposition and Development <br />Agreements (DDA's) with First Community Housing and Peninsula Habitat for Humanity: <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION 14619 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AMENDING THE STRATEGIC GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY TO <br />AMEND THE GENERAL PLAN DESIGNATION OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1540 EL <br />CAMINO REAL, AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THIS RESOLUTION, FROM <br />COMMERCIAUOFFICE TO MIXED USE (RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT <br /> <br />1. Introduce an Ordinance approving the EI Camino RealNera Avenue Site Precise Plan <br />as revised by the Planning Commission. <br />
