IV. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CITY <br /> <br /> A. Responsibility for Provision of Assistance. The <br />CITY agrees to assist Occu-Med in the performance of its <br />services under this Agreement, as necessary. Such assistance <br />may include: <br /> <br /> 1. The designation of a contract coordinator to <br />act as contact person and liaison between the Parties. <br /> <br /> 2. The scheduling of incumbent CITY personnel <br /> following appropriate sampling protocols supplied by Occu-Med, <br /> for job analysis sessions. <br /> <br /> 3. The scheduling of CITY facilities in which <br /> to conduct job analyses sessions. <br /> <br /> B. Responsibilities for Membership in the Occu-Med <br /> <br /> NETWORK. <br /> <br /> Membership in the NETWORK is voluntary by the <br /> CITY. Should the CITY choose to join the NETWORK and to accept <br /> the benefits of membership as set forth above in Section I.B., <br /> the CITY agrees to abide by established membership rules. <br /> Failure to abide by such rules shall be cause for removal of the <br /> CITY from the NETWORK.
