S~_ nt 12/16/87 (#35) SWC~nt 12/21/87R A R E E E N T O tGiNA[ SPRAYING OF SYCAMORE TREES THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, hereinafter referred to as "City," and NOONAN'S TREE CARE INC., hereinafter referred to as "Contractor," for the consideration hereinafter stated, hereby agree as follows: 1. The Contractor shall perform everything required to be performed, shall provide and furnish all of the labor, equipment, and tools to perform, after the NOTICE TO PROCEED, the following work: DORMANT SPRAYING OF CITY SYCAMORE TREES, 1987-88 in strict accordance with the plans and specifications made therefor by the City Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services, which plans and specifications are incorporated herein and made a part of this agreement as if herein fully set forth. 2. City shall pay to Contractor, as full consideration for the faithful performance by Contractor of the aforementioned work, the amount of Nine and 75/100 Dollars ($9.75) per tree for a total contract price not to exceed Fourteen Thousand Seventy-nine and No/100 Dollars ($14,079.00) computed in accordance with Contractor's accepted proposal in a manner set forth in those specifications entitled "City of Redwood City Dormant Spraying of Sycamore Trees", which provisions and accepted proposal are incorporated herein by reference thereto as if herein fully set forth.
