S~ nt 12/16/87 (#35) <br /> SW~:nt 12/21/87R <br /> <br />mentioned herein, said certificate(s) and copies of said <br />declaration or information page(s)shall be deposited with the <br />City Clerk, and shall bear the following endorsements: <br /> <br /> (a) An endorsement precluding cancellation or reduction in <br /> coverage before the expiration of forty-five (45) days after <br /> City shall have received written notification by Registered <br /> Mail from the insurance carrier; <br /> <br /> (b) A standard cross-liability endorsement; <br /> <br /> (c) An endorsement naming the City of Redwood City, its <br /> Council, officers, boards, commissions, agents and employees <br /> as additional insureds; <br /> <br /> (d) An endorsement stating that the insurance afforded <br /> thereby to City, its Council, officers, agents and employees <br /> shall be primary insurance to the full limits of its <br /> liability of the policy, and that if City or its officers <br /> and employees have other insurance against a loss covered by <br /> such policy, such other insurance shall be in excess <br /> insurance only. <br /> <br /> In the event of the breach of any provision of this <br />paragraph, or in the event of any notices received which <br />indicates any required insurance coverage will be diminished or <br />cancelled, City at its option, may, notwithstanding any other <br />provision of this agreement to the contrary, immediately declare <br />a material breach of this agreement and suspend all further work <br />pursuant to this agreement. <br /> <br /> 7.
