<br />9. <br /> <br />Permittee will offer swim programs to Redwood City employees at fifty percent (50%) <br />discount of regular rates. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Permittee agrees to use its best efforts to ensure patrons will not park in the Veterans <br />Memorial Senior Center parking lot during their hours of operation. Parking for the <br />Facilities is available at the Myrtle Street parking lot or street parking as much as <br />possible. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />Permittee shall not access pool mechanical room unless for emergency shut-off <br />purposes. Permittee shall notify City's Building Maintenance staff for all Facilities-related <br />failures (including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical and/or plumbing) for <br />instructions. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />Permittee agrees to strictly adhere to City's daily checklist and prevent checklist of items <br />before the Facility is opened each day of use. City shall provide checklists to Permittee. <br />All records are to be maintained on binders/clipboards in the basketroom at all times. <br /> <br />CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />City agrees to maintain swimming pool to meet water quality standards. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />City shall provide a telephone for emergency use. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />City shall deliver to Permittee the Facilities in a clean and safe condition. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />City agrees to include reference to the Menlo Masters and Team Sheeper programs in <br />the Redwood City Recreation Activities Guide three times per year, but space and copy is <br />at the City's discretion. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />City agrees to allow Permittee to store pool equipment including paddles, buoys, timing <br />clocks, kickboards, fins and spin trainers in an agreed upon location at the Facilities. <br />Spin trainers are allowed on the pool deck during workouts; however no power cords (per <br />San Mateo County Health Department) are allowed on the pool deck. <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />Atty/PermitslPermit. 0 12 <br />021405 <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />.......---....---.
