DAS:s~ 10/01/86 (#31) <br /> DAS:s.. 03/05/87R (#31) <br /> <br />damage resulting from the willful or negligent acks, errors or <br />omissions of Consultants arising out of Consultants' performance <br />under this agreement. <br /> <br /> Consultants shall acquire and maintain worker's compensation <br />insurance coverage in accordance with statutory requirements and <br />shall acquire and maintain comprehensive general liability <br />coverage, business automobile liability insurance and <br />professional liability insurance coverage protecting City, its <br />Council, boards, commissions, officers, agents and employees in <br />connection with Consultants' services performed hereunder. The <br />comprehensive general liability insurance coverage shall include <br />personal injury, contractual, property damage (including loss of <br />use thereof), and bodily injury (including death) coverage and <br />shall be for bodily injury or death not less than $500,000.00 for <br />each person, $1,000,000.00 for each occurrence; and property <br />damage limits of not less than $300,000.00 for each occurrence <br />and $300,000.00 in the aggregate. The business automobile <br />liability insurance shall be of the "Code 1" type and shall be <br />for bodily injury or death not less than $500,000.00 for each <br />person, $500,000.00 for each occurrence and shall be for property <br />damage not less than $300,000.00 for each occurrence. <br />Professional errors and omissions coverage shall be not less than <br />$500,000.00. <br /> <br /> 11. AMENDMENTS. It is agreed that no alteration or <br />variation of the terms of this agreement, or any subcontract <br />requiring approval of city, shall be valid unless made in writing <br />and signed by both parties hereto. <br /> <br /> 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
