DAS:d~k 08/04/88 (#34) <br /> <br /> 6. Insurance. Supplier, at its sole cost and expense, <br />shall obtain and maintain in full force and effect throughout the <br />entire term of this Agreement insurance coverage approved as to <br />form by the City Attorney. <br /> <br /> Concurrently with the execution of the Agreement provided <br />for herein, Supplier shall furnish City with a certificate, or <br />certificates, evidencing issuance of all insurance mentioned <br />herein, and copies of the policies information or declaration <br />pages, which certificates and information or declaration pages <br />shall be deposited with the City Clerk. Each such policy of <br />insurance shall bear the following endorsements: <br /> <br /> (a) Endorsement precluding cancellation or reduction in <br /> coverage before the expiration of 30 days after City <br /> shall have received written notification by Registered <br /> Mail from the insurance carrier; <br /> <br /> (b) A standard cross liability endorsement; <br /> <br /> (c) An endorsement naming the City, its Council, officers, <br /> boards, commissions, and employees as additional <br /> insureds; <br /> <br /> (d) An endorsement stating that the insurance afforded <br /> thereby to City, its officers, agents, and employees <br /> shall be primary insurance to the full limits of its <br /> liability of the policy, insurance against a loss <br /> covered by such a policy, such other insurance shall be <br /> excess insurance only. <br /> <br /> In the event of the breach of any provision of this <br />paragraph, or in the event of any notices received which indicate <br />any required insurance coverage will be diminished or cancelled, <br />City, at its option, may notwithstanding any other provisions of <br />this Agreement to the contrary, immediately declare a material <br />breach of this Agreement and suspend all further work pursuant to <br />this Agreement. <br /> <br /> 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
