1. ~Q~G!Q~-~!A!~ In the performance of the obligations <br />set forth in this agreement, Contractor shall have the status of an <br />independent Contractor and in no sense shall Contractor be consider- <br />ed to be an employee of City. <br /> <br /> 2. ~b-~~-~U~ ContractJr shall use the <br />monies paid hereunder in furtherance of, and for the advancement of <br />its program for furnishing legal services to needy residents of the <br />City as specified in paragraph 9. Contractor shall coordinate its <br />activities with similar programs conducted by the City or other <br />organizations as determined by City. <br /> <br /> 3. N~:~i~S~i~i~IiQ~ Contractor hereby warrants and agrees <br />that it does conduct and operate its program on a non-discriminatory <br />basis, with equal treatment and access to its services and <br />facilities without regard to race, color, religion, national origin <br />Or ancestry. <br /> <br /> 4. ~~ Contractor shall at all times keep accurate and <br />complete records and accounts of all expenditures, obligations, and <br />financial transactions incurred or made pursuant to the terms of this <br />agreement. Said records and accounts relating to these transactions <br />incurred or made pursuant to the terms of this agreement. Said records <br />and accounts relating to these transactions shall be made available for <br />inspection and/or audit by City, its agents or employees and the public <br /> <br /> <br />
