9. G~~-~i~ Contractor agrees to accomplish the <br />£ollowing objectives: <br /> <br />a. To increase the availability of legal services to Redwood <br /> City residents in such areas as health care, government <br /> benefits, housing and consumer disputes. <br /> Contractor also agrees to provide quarterly budget expenditure <br /> reports to the City. On or before September 1, 1986, Contractor <br /> shall furnish City with a detailed statement of the purpose for <br /> which any portion or all of the monies to be paid by City hereunder <br /> was expended, which statement shall be subject to review and approval <br /> of City. Contractor shall document objectives achieved during the <br /> fiscal year with the use of said funds. <br /> <br /> lO. ~E~_~ Paragraph headings and subparagraph <br />headings as used herein are for convenience only and shall not be <br />deemed to alter or modify the meaning or intent or the paragraph <br />or subparagraph headed thereby. <br /> <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this <br />agreement the day and year first hereinabove written. <br /> <br /> <br />
