<br />Exhibit B <br /> <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND REDWOOD CITY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL <br />DISTRICT (Redwood City Family Centers) <br /> <br />PAYMENT SCHEDULE <br />July 1,2004 through June 30, 2006 <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />PAYMENTS <br /> <br />In full consideration of the term pursuant to this Agreement, and subject to the provisions of <br />funding in paragraph 12.A of this Agreement herein, payment shall be made upon receipt of <br />District's invoice on or after July 2004 as follows: <br /> <br />A. County shall pay Redwood City Elementary School District one payment of ONE <br />HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($100,000). <br /> <br />B. City will pay Redwood City Elementary School District one payment of EIGHTY FIVE <br />THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($85,500). <br /> <br />C. Funds for FY 2005-06 will be negotiated and reflected in a form of an amendment to the <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />12 <br />
