Contractor shall coordinate its <br />activities with similar programs conducted by the City or other <br />organizations as determined by City. <br /> <br /> 3. ~Q~:~!~Q~ Contractor hereby warrants and agrees <br />that it does conduct and operate its program on a non-discriminatory <br />basis, with equal treatment and access to its services and <br />facilities without regard to race, color, religion, national origin <br />or ancestry. <br /> <br /> 4. ~Q~ contractor shall at all times keep accurate and <br />complete records and accounts of all expenditures, obligations, and <br />financial transactions incurred or made pursuant to the terms of this <br />agreement. Said records and accounts relating to these transactions <br />incurred or made pursuant to the terms of this agreement.
