City may terminate this agreement upon determination <br />by City that the funds are being used for purposes other than those <br />stated in this agreement. <br /> <br /> 7. HOLD HARMLESS. Contractor agrees to and shall indemnify <br />and hold the City harmless (including legal expenses) from any and <br />all claims, suits, actions and/or proceedings, whether in law or in <br />equity, resulting from the use, expenditure, appropriation disburse- <br />ment, or other disposition of the funds furnished to Contractor by <br />City hereunder. <br /> <br /> 8. CITY OBLIGATIONS. City agrees to pay the Contractor the <br />total sum of TWO-THOUSAND FIVE-HUNDRED AND NO/lO0 DOLLARS ($2,500.00) <br />for exclusive use by Contractor during the fiscal year commencing <br /> <br />July 1, 1989 and ending June 30, 1990 to assist Contractor in providing <br />services as specified under paragraph 9 to Redwood City residents. <br /> <br /> 9. CONTRACTOR'S OBLIGATIONS. Contractor agrees to accomplish the <br />following objectives: <br /> <br /> A. To Handle Approximately 10 Cases for Seniors as Follows: <br /> <br /> If we use our average percentage for different kinds of <br /> cases we would expect the 10 cases to break down as follows: <br /> <br /> 3 Government Benefits, SSI, Social Security, General <br /> Assistance <br /> 3 Housing-landlord/tenant, assisted housing, home ownership <br /> problems, etc. <br /> 2 Consumer-debt problems, door to door sales, purchase <br /> disputes, etc. <br /> I Family-custody, conservatorship, elder abuse, etc. <br /> 1 Health-nursing home, access to service, etc. <br /> <br />Contractor also agrees to provide quarterly budget expenditure <br />reports to the City.
