The County will include in its contracT for the above described projecT, provisions for mobilization, maintaining traffic, adjust sanitary sewer manhole to grade, reconstruct sanitary sewer manhole, adjust water valve box to grade, adjust water meter box to grade, adjust sanitary sewer cleanout box to grade, exploration of sanirary sewer laterals, clearing and grubbing, tree removal, fire hydrant removal, develop and apply water, roadway excavation, finishing roadway, aggregate base (class 2), asphalt concrete (class B), place asphalt concrete (miscellaneous areas, driveway conforms), class 2 concrete (miscellaneous construction. concrete cap), miscellaneous drainage facilities, miscellaneous iron and steel, installation or traffic stripes, pavement markings, pavelllent markers and traffic signs, sawcutting of asphalt concrete pavement and Portland cement concrete, installation of water services and appurtenances, installation of fITe hydrant assembly, replacement of sanitary sewer laterals, reconstruction and/or replacement of sanitary sewer cleanouts, and other items of work associated with the roadway reconstruction work for said portion of Canyon Road within the corporate limits of the City and including necessary street reconstruction work outside of the City limits to alleviate drainage problems within t.he corporate limits of the City. The signature of the City Engineer on the plans and specifications, to be prepared by the County Department of Public Works prior to advertisement for bid, shall indicate City approval of the details and contents of said plans and specifications, and the commitment of the City to this project. 3. The County will award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder for the completion of the construction project including but not limited to mobilization, maintaining traffic, adjust sanitary sewer manhole to grade, reconstruct sanitary sewer. .., -:>-
