But in no case will the City's share <br /> <br />of the said preparation of plans and specifications, mobilization, maintaining traffic, adjust <br /> <br />sanitary sewer manhole to grade, reconstruct sanitary sewer manhole, adjust water valve box <br /> <br />to grade, adjust water meter box to grade, adjust sanitary sewer cleanoUL box to grade, <br /> <br />exploration of sanitary sewer laterals, clearing and grubbing, tree removal, fire hydrant <br /> <br />removal, develop and apply water, roadway excavation, fmishing roadway, aggregate base <br /> <br />(class 2), asphalt concrete (class B), place asphalt concrete (miscellaneous areas, driveway <br /> <br />confonns), class 2 concrete (miscellaneous construction, concrete cap), miscellaneous drainage <br /> <br />facilities, miscellaneous iron and steel, installation of traffic stripes, pavement markings. <br /> <br />pavement markers and traffic signs, sawcutting of asphalt concrete pavement and Portland <br /> <br />cement concrete, installation of water services and appunenances, installation of fIre hydrant <br /> <br />assembly, replacement of sanitary sewer laterals, reconstruction and/or replacement of sanitary <br /> <br />sewer cleanoutS, and the other items of work associated with roadway reconstruction, project <br /> <br />administration, surveying, construction managemem and construction contingencies exceed the <br /> <br />sum of $198,000 without the approval of the City. Any contract change orders on the City's <br /> <br />portion of the construction work will be subject to the written approval by the City. It is <br /> <br />understood that the total sum to be reimbursed to the County by the City shall be determined <br /> <br />from the actual costs incurred by the County to reconstruct said City ponion of Canyon Road. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />The City shall have the option to exclude or modify (by deletion or <br /> <br />-5- <br />
