Legal Aid Society of San Mateo County Page 2 <br /> <br /> 2. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PURPOSE. Contractor shall use the <br />monies paid hereunder in furtherance of, and for the advancement of <br />its program for furnishing legal services to needy residents of the <br />City as specified in paragraph 9. Contractor shall coordinate its <br />activities with similar programs conducted by the City or other <br />organizations as determined by City. <br /> <br /> 3. NON-DISCRIMINATION. Contractor hereby warrants and agrees <br />that it does conduct and operate its program on a non-discriminatory <br />basis, with equal treatment and access to its services and <br />facilities without regard to race, color, religion, national origin <br />or ancestry. <br /> <br /> 4. ACCOUNTING. Contractor shall at all times keep accurate and <br />complete records and accounts of all expenditures, obligations, and <br />financial transactions incurred or made pursuant to the terms of this <br />agreement. Said records and accounts relating to these transactions <br />shall be made available for inspection and/or audit by City, its agents <br />or employees and the public at any and all reasonable times. <br /> <br /> 5. ^UDIT. City shall audit the records or accounts of Contractor <br /> for the purpose of verifying the expenditures or accountings made or <br /> provided by Contractor hereunder. <br /> <br /> 6. TERMINATION. Either party may terminate this agreement at <br /> any time upon the giving of ten days written notice to the other <br /> party. Such notice shall set forth the effective date of such <br /> termination. City may terminate this agreement upon determination <br /> <br /> <br />
