<br />DES:djk~5/17/93 <br /> <br />(079/34) <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />approved <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />adopted <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />plans <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />according <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />which <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />above-mentioned <br /> <br />improvements <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />constructed. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />That certain proposed <br /> <br />agreement between <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Ci ty of <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />Owners, <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Agreement <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Construction <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Improvements <br /> <br />Parcel <br /> <br />Map <br /> <br />93-7 <br /> <br />(Upland <br /> <br />Highlands)", a copy of which is on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, to which reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> <br />thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk <br /> <br />are hereby authorized <br /> <br />and directed <br /> <br />to execute, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />attest <br /> <br />thereto respectively, <br /> <br />said agreement on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />All offers of dedication of easements shown upon the <br /> <br />herein described map are hereby accepted. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Resolution No. <br /> <br />11477 <br /> <br />entitled, <br /> <br />"Resolution Approving <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Accepting <br /> <br />Final <br /> <br />Map <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Parcel <br /> <br />Map <br /> <br />No. <br /> <br />90-8 <br /> <br />(Upland <br /> <br />Highlands) , <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City, <br /> <br />California, <br /> <br />Subject <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />Certain <br /> <br />Conditions; Approving and Adopting Plans and Specifications for <br /> <br />Improvements Thereof; Accepting an Offer to Dedicate Easements; <br /> <br />and Approving <br /> <br />and Authorizing Execution <br /> <br />of Agreement <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Construction of the Improvements for Said Subdivision", adopted <br /> <br />February 11, 1991, is hereby rescinded. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />11988 <br />
