DES:dft )/12/93 (014/33) 0 RIG I N A L 5/17/93 RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 11985 ---------- RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING AMENDMENT TO LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO COMBINED RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL USES WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City has approved a proposed amendment to the Land Use Element of the General Plan of the City of Redwood City revising certain portions thereof from "Commercial" use to "Combined Residential and Commercial" use; and WHEREAS, this Council, after public hearing duly noticed and held, desires to amend the General Plan in the manner proposed; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: Pursuant to the provisions of Article IX of Chapter 18 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, this Council hereby approves and adopts that certain amendment to the Land Use Element of the General Plan of the City of Redwood City, redesignating certain portions thereof from the "Commercial" designation to the "Combined Residential and Commercial" designation, as approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City on March 16, 1993, a copy of which amendment is on file in the Office of the Planning Director, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof. * * *
