<br />DES:djk n4/29/93 <br /> <br />(075/34) <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />This <br /> <br />Council <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />approves <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />purchase <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />one <br /> <br />Satellite <br /> <br />Receiving <br /> <br />Antenna <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />two <br /> <br />Interactive <br /> <br />Videodisc <br /> <br />Delivery Systems in an amount not to exceed Fourteen Thousand One <br /> <br />Hundred Sixty-eight and <br /> <br />61/100 Dollars <br /> <br />($14,168.61) ; <br /> <br />provided, <br /> <br />however, that prior to June 30, 1993, the City Manager shall have <br /> <br />executed all appropriate documentation to obtain reimbursement <br /> <br />from <br /> <br />POST <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />amount <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Seven <br /> <br />Thousand <br /> <br />Three <br /> <br />Hundred <br /> <br />Forty-eight Dollars ($7,348.00). <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />execute all purchase documents required in connection with the <br /> <br />purchase of the equipment authorized herein (in form approved by <br /> <br />the City Attorney) for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />11981 <br />
