SWC:sh 6/12/86 <br /> <br />or alleged to arise from Consultant's negligent performance of <br />this Agreement. <br /> <br /> Consultant shall acquire and maintain statutory worker's <br />compensation insurance coverage, employer's liability, <br />comprehensive general liability insurance coverage and <br />professional liability insurance coverage. Liability coverage <br />shall name the City of Redwood City its Council, boards, <br />commissions, agents and employees as additional insured. Errors <br />and omissions coverage shall not be less than $50,000.00. <br /> <br /> Copies of the above required policies, or a certificate of <br />insurance evidencing said coverage shall be deposited with the <br />City Clerk prior to commencement of the work hereunder. <br /> <br /> 12. AMENDMENT. It is agreed that no alteration or variation <br />of the terms of this Agreement, or any subcontract requiring <br />approval of City, shall be valid unless made in writing and <br />signed by both parties hereto. <br /> <br /> 13. PARAGRAPH HEADINGS. Paragraph headings as used herein <br />are for convenience only and shall no be deemed to be a part of <br />such paragraphs and shall not be construed to change the meanings <br />thereof. <br /> <br /> <br />
