<br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />DES:djk ~4/19/93 (066/34) <br />DES:djk 4/28/93R <br /> <br />5/10/93 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />11980 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES RELATING TO <br />REMOVAL OF ARCHITECTURAL BARRIERS AT VARIOUS CITY <br />BUILDINGS <br /> <br />(WINGES ARCHITECTURE & PLANNING) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />proposes <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />remove <br /> <br />architectural barriers at various City Buildings in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires <br /> <br />expert professional architectural services for the preparation of <br /> <br />plans and specifications; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Winges <br /> <br />Architecture <br /> <br />& <br /> <br />Planning, <br /> <br />has <br /> <br />represented <br /> <br />that <br /> <br />it <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />experienced <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />qualified <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />perform <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />expert <br /> <br />professional services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Architectural <br /> <br />Services <br /> <br />Removal <br /> <br />of Architectural <br /> <br />Barriers <br /> <br />at Various <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Buildings" <br /> <br />(form dated 04/28/93R), <br /> <br />by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Winges <br /> <br />Architecture <br /> <br />& <br /> <br />Planning, <br /> <br />pursuant <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />which <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />Architect shall prepare plans and specifications for the removal <br /> <br />of architectural barriers at various City buildings, a copy of <br /> <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the particulars thereof, <br />
