<br />DES:dft <br /> <br />11/05/92R (007/33) <br />0 22/93R <br />5/10/93 <br /> <br />a RIG I N A L <br /> <br />R E.ê. 0 L U T 1. 0 N N O. <br /> <br />11979 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR "AIR-9 MACHINE" <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Grant of Revocable Permit <br /> <br />- Air-9 Machine" (form dated 04/22/93R) by and between the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City and the South County Fire Protection Authority, <br /> <br />granting to said association the non-exclusive use of City's <br /> <br />Air-9 Machine (emergency life-supporting air recharging device) <br /> <br />subject to the terms and conditions stated therein, which permit <br /> <br />is on file in the office of the City Clerk, is hereby approved, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Manager <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />authorized <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />execute <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />.¡( <br /> <br />_._,."._.__.~..-.---_...__..._......_-_... <br />
