<br />DES:djk 04/22/93 <br /> <br />(072/34) <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />5/10/93 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11976 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF GARDENIA <br />PARK II SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT <br />TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING <br />OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />final <br /> <br />subdivision <br /> <br />map <br /> <br />(including <br /> <br />any <br /> <br />dedications of easements described therein) <br /> <br />entitled, <br /> <br />"Gardenia <br /> <br />Park II", <br /> <br />prepared by Cannis Consulting Engineers, <br /> <br />consultants <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Gardenia <br /> <br />Park <br /> <br />Partners, <br /> <br />L.P. , <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />California <br /> <br />limited <br /> <br />partnership, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />subdividers <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />record <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />subdivision, <br /> <br />heretofore determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the <br /> <br />tentative <br /> <br />map <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />subdivision, <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />approved <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />accepted <br /> <br />subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />( "City") <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />recordation, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />owner <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />subdividers <br /> <br />(hereinafter <br /> <br />"Owner" <br /> <br />shall mean <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />owner <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> <br />the subdivision) <br /> <br />of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Agreement <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Improvement of Gardenia Park II Subdivision", <br /> <br />(form dated <br /> <br />04/22/93) wherein Owner, <br /> <br />in consideration for the approval <br /> <br />of said map by City, shall agree to construct and complete <br /> <br />in the time specified in said agreement, <br /> <br />all improvements <br /> <br />required of Owner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the <br /> <br />.......--...-............-..--....----.... .............. <br />
