<br />a RIG I N A L <br /> <br />DES:¿¡;k 04/14/93 <br />4/26/93 <br /> <br />(065/34) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11973 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />AGREEMENT FOR AUDITING SERVICES (MAZE & ASSOCIATES) <br /> <br />OF <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />agreement <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Agreement <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Auditing <br /> <br />Services", <br /> <br />(form dated 04/14/93), <br /> <br />by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br /> <br />and Maze <br /> <br />& Associates, <br /> <br />an accountancy corporation, <br /> <br />a copy of <br /> <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br />which copy reference is hereby made <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />full particulars <br /> <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk <br /> <br />are <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />authorized <br /> <br />and directed <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />execute <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />attest <br /> <br />thereto, respectively, <br /> <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />,--....-- <br />
