This letter <br />permit is subject to the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />ø <br /> <br />,i <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Celebration: The Celebration events shall be sponsored by and <br />conducted by the Permittee. <br /> <br />Revocation This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by <br />the City. This permit is non-transferable. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Location: The City shall order the necessary temporary street closures. <br />The streets as shown in "Exhibit A", shall be reserved for the event. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Dates and Times: The celebration shall be held on Sunday, May 9, <br />1993 from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The set-up will begin at 6:00 AM. on <br />May 9, 1993 and the streets will be completely clear by 7:00 PM of that <br />same day. <br /> <br />Liquor Sales: There will be no sales of alcohol. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />11969 <br />
