<br />DES:djk 04/21/93 <br /> <br />(070/34) <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Approves the filing of a three-part application for a <br /> <br />local assistance grant under the National Historic Preservation <br /> <br />Grants-in-Aid Assistance Program; <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Certifies that the City understands the assurances and <br /> <br />certification in the application form; <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />Certifies that the City has or will have funds in the <br /> <br />amount of Four Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty and No/I00 Dollars <br /> <br />($4,960.00) <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />contribute <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />matching <br /> <br />funds <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />complete <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />project(s) described in said application; and <br /> <br />d. <br /> <br />Certifies that the City will pursue the project(s) <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />completion with reasonable diligence. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Manager <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />appointed, <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />assistance of the Director of Parks, <br /> <br />Recreation and Community <br /> <br />Services, as the agent of the City of Redwood City to conduct all <br /> <br />negotiations, execute and submit all documents, including but not <br /> <br />limited <br /> <br />to, <br /> <br />applications, <br /> <br />agreements, <br /> <br />amendments, <br /> <br />payment <br /> <br />requests, and other documents (in form subject to the approval of <br /> <br />the City Attorney) which may be necessary for the completion of <br /> <br />the aforementioned projects. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />11966 <br />
