<br />DES:éI'" 04/05/93 <br /> <br />(069/28) <br /> <br />a RIG I N A L <br /> <br />4/19/93 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11964 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE <br />COMPREHENSIVE STREET TREE MAINTENANCE PROJECT 1993-94¡ <br />AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />contract <br /> <br />documents <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Comprehensive Street Tree Maintenance Project 1993-94 have been <br /> <br />presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />Council <br /> <br />desires <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />signify <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described¡ <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE ; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />contract <br /> <br />documents <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Comprehensive <br /> <br />Street <br /> <br />Tree <br /> <br />Maintenance <br /> <br />Project <br /> <br />1993-94", <br /> <br />prepared by <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Director <br /> <br />of Parks, <br /> <br />Recreation <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Community Services, a copy of which documents are on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />bids <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />furnishing <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />services <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />supplies as hereinabove described. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-.., T <br />
