Amendment No.1 to the Agreement for Professional Services with Freedman, <br />Tung & Bottomley (FTB) Urban Oesign for professional consulting services for <br />the Downtown Precise Plan. <br /> <br />Council Member Hartnett stated his general concern that the City watch the use <br />of consultants and not overuse them, watching the extended hours used <br />compared to what staff can do. He further stated that the City Manager assured <br />him that the services should keep the costs under $30,000.00 and not require <br />any additional amendments. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />MIS HartnettlBain to approve Amendment No.1 to Agreement for Pröfessional <br />Services with Freedman, Tung and Bottomley (FTB) for providing additional <br />consultant services related to the preparation of a Precise Plan for Oowntown <br />Redwood City, in an amount not to exceed $30,000.00.
