(See enclosed fee <br /> schedule.) Our scope of work includes one plan review and <br /> backcheck of the reviewed documents. If additional reviews <br /> beyond the resubmitted documents are required we will determine <br /> the remaining budget and prepare an amended proposal, if <br /> necessary, to complete the review of the construction documents. <br /> <br /> Our scope of work is based on the following: <br /> <br /> I. FINAL MAP: <br /> <br /> 1. Review of the Final Map for conformance with the <br /> Subdivision Map Act and Local Ordinance. <br /> <br /> 2. Review of the Final Map closure calculations. <br /> <br /> 3. Review of the Final Map for conformance to the <br /> Preliminary Title Report (dated June 7, 1988). <br /> <br /> 4. Review of the Final Map for conformance with Tentative <br /> Map and Conditions of Approval. <br /> <br /> 5.
