The language of Paragraph I of this Agreement <br />notwithstanding, Caltrans reserves the right, at its sole option <br />and for any reason, to cancel the Shuttle Service at any time. <br />If Caltrans exercises its right to cancel under this paragraph, <br />then it shall return to City those Shuttle Service funds <br />transmitted by City to Caltrans for the then current quarter <br />year, prorated to the time remaining until the next installment <br />of Shuttle Service Funds would have been due under Paragraph II <br />of this Agreement; and upon receipt of said returned funds, City <br />shall in turn return to Contributors any Shuttle Service funds <br />sent by Contributors to City for the then current quarter, <br />prorated to the time remaining until the next installment of <br />Shuttle Service Funds would have been due under Paragraph II of <br />this Agreement. <br /> <br /> VII.
