<br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />AGREEMENT FOR SERVICE BETWEEN <br />Redwood City School District <br />AND <br />The City of Redwood CitylRedwood City 2020 <br /> <br />This agreement is made on this 1st day of July 2003 through June 30, 2005 by and <br />between the Redwood City Elementary School District (RCSD) and the City of Redwood <br />City/Redwood City 2020 (CONTRACTOR). <br />WHEREAS, the RCSD desires ELE Coordination and support. <br />WHEREAS, the CONTRACTOR desires to provide ELE coordination and support <br />for the RCSD. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. SERVICES <br />The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide said services to the RCSD in <br />accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement. <br /> <br />2. SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide the following services for a maximum <br />amount of $43,594: <br /> <br />Hire 1 FIE ELE Specialist to coordinate and support the Express Lane <br />Eligibility program for the Redwood City School District. This position will be supervised <br />by the Redwood City Family Centers Director. <br /> <br />3. USE OF SUBCONTRACTORS <br />CONTRACTOR shall not assign this Agreement or any portion thereof to a <br />third party without the prior written consent of the Redwood City School District. <br /> <br />INSURANCE <br />CONTRACTOR understands the RCSD does not provide liability, <br />malpractice or workers compensation insurance for the CONTRACTOR. The <br />CONTRACTOR is responsible for the maintenance of personal and professional insurance to <br />provide protection for any claims arising out of service under this agreement. The <br />CONTRACTOR assumes all liability for services provided under this contract. The <br />CONTRACTOR will provide proof of insurance and will identify RCSD as an additional <br />insured. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />5.
