Property-owners will be contacted by mail end notified <br />of the inspection process. Once the nature and dollar value of <br />the required work has been determined, the property-owner will be <br />provided with financial counseling on the most appropriate source <br />of funding. The City will be making Iow-interest loan funds <br />available from CDBG resources, 312 and the State, although the <br />property-owners will also be able to use private financing if <br />they wish. <br /> <br /> <br />
