<br />Exhibit B <br />Alternations to Premises by Tenant <br /> <br />The following is a list of specific improvements which Bay Area Legal Aid may seek to <br />implement during its tenancy at the 707 Bradford Street Building in Redwood City, <br />California: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />6) <br />7) <br /> <br />8) <br /> <br />9) <br />10) <br /> <br />Install security door buzzer for front door to building, and inside front door to <br />Suite C; <br /> <br />Install security cameras for building entry hall also encompassing front door <br />to building, and security camera for back yard fence; <br /> <br />Install raised letter 'Bay Area Legal Aid' signage outside of front door to <br />Suite C; <br /> <br />Replace 3x3 square foot piece of carpet with linoleum in front of back door <br />exit to former children's play area, and/or plane the bottom of the back door to <br />ease opening and closing the door; <br /> <br />Replace stained ceiling tiles with new ceiling tiles (five boxes of new ceiling <br />tiles are already available at the building); <br /> <br />Clean carpets; <br /> <br />Patch holes in walls and paint; <br /> <br />Possibly run computer and phone data wires through drop ceiling into <br />individual offices to facilitate computer network and phone connections; <br /> <br />HV AC maintenance; and <br /> <br />Install fire extinguishers. <br /> <br />J <br /> <br />.."
