<br />II. Synopsis <br /> <br />GardenSoft will develop a Waterwise Gardening CD-ROM tailored to the needs of the <br />City of Redwood City for general distribution. The software will utilize GardenSoft <br />technology and content that is the intellectual property of GardenS oft. Redwood City will <br />direct GardenSoft to include various other informational sources as outlined in this <br />agreement. The development of a CD master will be one specific cost and the cost for <br />replication will be an additional agreed upon cost thereafter. <br />Also included in the Scope of Work is the reproduction of 5,000 CD's inserted in 4 panel <br />color mailer, at a cost of$3.45 each, plus tax and shipping cost. <br /> <br />III. Plants will predominately be <br />Botanical Name Search <br />Common Name Search <br />Search by Characteristics: <br />Guided Plant Search: Series of questions on several screens will build a query. <br />Tree, Shrub, Ground cover, Vine, Perennials, Ornamental Grass, etc. Each choice leads to a series <br />of relevant questions resulting in appropriate plants. <br />Problem Solving Plant Lists <br />20 lists minimum: Plants that solve Redwood City Garden Problems <br />Thumbnail Pictures Plant Results Screens <br /> <br />Plant Information Report Print Outs <br />Reports will be ordered by HydoZone and the designations of HydroZone will <br />be included in the Plant Briefs and Plant Detail Reports <br />Plant Briefs Report: 4 plants per page with medium sized picture and data. <br />Hydrozone subheadings to delineate each section. <br />Thumbnails Report: 16 small images per page with plant name. <br />Plant Profile: Larger format picture with more data and pictures at the top. <br /> <br />Watering Tips <br />A series of information pages that lists watering tips on a month by month basis. The tips <br />will be provided by Redwood City.
