You were advised that you <br />may have to move. Please be advised that the owner is making the required repairs to <br />correct health and safety code violations and the City does not intend to pursue demolition <br />of the building. <br /> <br />The abatement action has been terminated as of date. YOU DO NOT HA VB <br />TO MOVE. Since you do not have to move because of abatement action, you are not <br />eligible for relocation benefits as prescribed in the City's Relocation Ordinance # 2048. <br /> <br />Should the owner not complete the required repairs by the deadline agreed upon by the <br />Building Official, the abatement action may be reinstated and you will receive the <br />appropriate notices at that time.
