Ward <br />Event Director, "RUN BY THE BAY" <br />38536 Knute Court <br />Fremont, Ca. 94536 <br /> <br />Re: Sequoia Hospital/Port of Redwood City-- Third Annual, "RUN BY THE <br />BAY" <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Ward, <br /> <br />The City Council on xxxx has authorized me to issue this letter permitting <br />Sequoia Hospital and the Port of Redwood City to conduct the "RUN BY THE <br />BAY" in Redwood City, subject to and in'accordance with the terms and <br />conditions herein. <br /> <br />The permission herein is granted to Sequoia Hospital and the Port of Redwood <br />City (hereinafter, for convenience, called "Permittee") to conduct the "RUN BY <br />THE BAY". This permit is subject to the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Name of Event. The "RUN BY THE BAY" shall be sponsored and <br />conducted by Permittee. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Revocation This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />3. <br />4. <br /> <br />Non transferability <br /> <br />This permit is nontransferable. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Location The activities herein permitted shall be conducted on Seaport <br />Blvd. and on the grounds of the Port of Redwood City. (Please refer to the <br />attached map. (EXHIBIT "A".) <br /> <br />Dates and Time The "RUN BY THE BAY" shall be conducted on June <br />13, 1993 with the set-up time of 6:00 AM.
