Approx. eight (8) portable <br />toilets will be stationed at the start/finish area and a water <br />station will be set up on Seaport Blvd. <br /> <br />STREET CLOSURES REQUESTED: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />SEAPORT BLVD. (Blomquist to Seaport ct.) <br />7:30 AM 10:30 AM Both east bound lanes, <br />allowing two-way traffic on west bound lanes. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />SEAPORT BLVD. (Seaport ct. to Hinman) <br />7:30 AM - 10:30 AM <br /> <br />NOTE: <br /> <br />An officer is requested for the intersection of <br />Blomquist & Seaport Blvd. for traffic control. <br />Volunteers will monitor remainder of course. <br /> <br />INSURANCE: The event is sponsored and insured by Sequoia <br />Hospital which provides Comprehensive General Liability for <br />all sponsors, agencies, employees, agents and'volunteers. An <br />insurance certificate, naming the City of Redwood as an <br />additional insured, will be provided. <br /> <br />APPROVALS: The event has been approved by representatives <br />from the Port of Redwood City, Portside Associates and Seaport <br />Centre. <br /> <br />Your review and approval of this request is greatly appreciated and <br />we are grateful for your support and cooperation in past years.
