Loan Cancellation Fee <br /> At the point of issuance of preliminary loan risk <br /> report - $75.00 plus outside costs. After work has <br /> begun on underwriting analysis or following rejection <br /> of application by HUD - full fee by applicant type less <br /> $375 plus outside costs. <br /> <br /> 3. Rework of Application <br /> (1) Rework of previously submitted a~plication prior <br /> to submission to HUD - $75 per submission. <br /> (2) Rework of previously submitted application <br /> following rejection by HUD - call for quote. Quote <br /> will be based on complexity of rework. <br /> <br /> 4. Reduction of Origination Fee <br /> If loan document and transfer preparation is provided <br /> by Agency, please deduct $200 from origination fee. <br /> <br /> 5. Loan Cash Management Service Fee <br /> Cash Management Service is provided at no additional <br /> cost for CCF processed loans. Service includes acting <br /> as direct depository for ACH transfers, phoning in <br /> drawndown information to Cash Management Contractor, <br /> forwarding vouchers to Cash Management Contractor, fund <br /> disbursement, monthly reconclllatlo , monthly project <br /> activity report, final project summary report, and <br /> preparation of permanent project file. <br /> <br /> <br />
