RLS:TGG:sdd7-18-89/D-61 - July, 1989 <br /> <br /> SOLUTION NO. 5Z917 C CLE, <br /> <br /> BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING A HIGHWAY NO LONGER A COUNTY HIGHWAY - <br /> A PORTION OF SPRING STREET AND DOUGLAS AVENUE WITHIN THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San <br />Mateo, State of California, that <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, County did declare, by Resolution No. 52521, por- <br /> <br />tions of Spring Street and Douglas Avenue within the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City a County highway; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the improvements on Spring Street and Douglas Avenue <br />within the above described limits are now complete; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is desirable to relinquish said highway to the <br /> <br />City within which it lies: <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The County does hereby declare that all the por- <br /> <br />tions of Spring Street and Douglas Avenue, as shown on Exhibit <br />"A" attached hereto, within the corporate limits of the City of <br />Redwood City are no longer a County highway and are relinquished <br />to said City and shall become a City street. <br /> <br /> -1- <br /> <br /> <br />
