The County shall indemnify and save harmless the City <br /> from all claims or actions brought on account of injuries to or <br /> death of any person or damage to property of any kind resulting <br /> from the performance of the work required by this Agreement. <br /> This provision shall not apply to injuries or damage for which a <br /> court of competent jurisdiction has found the City to be solely <br /> liable by reason of its own negligence or willful misconduct. <br /> <br /> 7.
