The hourly rate fee schedule listed in Attachment No. 3 of this TASK ORDER <br />includes ali labor costs. The rate~ indicated are subject to an increase at'~*ctiv~ <br />October 1, 1089. The increase will be based on salary adjustments and any <br />adjustment to our overhead rate. Direct expenses chargeable to the work shall be <br />~nvoiced at cost or as sho,~.'n, Subconsultant~ shall be invoiced as described in Article <br />3.2 of the AGREEMENT. <br /> <br />This TASK ORDER, or any portion thereof, may be amended by written Task Order <br />Amendment or Work Order ag~proved and executed in the same ~llatlnar as this TASK <br />ORDER, Additional servlce~ performed will require a TASK.
