Nothing herein <br />contained shall be deemed to be a limitation upon the respective <br />rights of the parties to terminate this Agreement for cause or <br />otherwise to pursue any right or remedy which may accrue to them <br />hereunder. <br /> <br /> 11. NOTICES.
