DAS:mmg 05/18/89 (%40/017} <br /> <br /> certificate or certificates, evidencing issuance of all required, <br /> Workers Compensation, Employees Liability, General Liability and <br /> Business Auto Liability Insurance coverage; and shall also <br /> furnish the City Clerk with copies of the policy declaration or <br /> information pages for the General Liability and Business Auto <br /> Liability Insurance coverages which declaration or information <br /> pages shall bear the following endorsements: <br /> <br /> (a) An endorsement precluding cancellation or reduction in <br /> coverage before the expiration of forty-five (45) days after City <br /> shall have received written notification by Registered Mail from <br /> the insurance carrier; <br /> <br /> (b) A standard cross-liability endorsement; <br /> <br /> (c) An endorsement naming the City of Redwood City, its <br /> Council, officers, boards, commissions, agents and employees as <br /> additional insureds; <br /> <br /> (d) An endorsement stating that the insurance afforded <br />thereby to City, its Council, officers, agents and employees <br />shall be primary insurance to the full limits of its liability <br />of the policy, and that if City or its officers and employees <br />have other insurance against a loss covered by such policy, such <br />other insurance shall be in excess insurance only. <br /> <br /> In the event of the breach of any provision of this <br />paragraph, or in the event of any notices received which <br />indicates any required insurance coverage will be diminished or <br />cancelled, City at its option, may, notwithstanding any other <br />provision of this agreement to the contrary, i~unediately declare <br />a material breach of this agreement and suspend all further work <br /> <br /> 14 <br /> <br /> <br />
