ORIGINAL ~ /LJ-ð AMENDMENT NO.1 TO AGREEMENT FOR TEMPORARY LABOR [Bay Span, Inc.] . ~ This Amendment No.1 is entered into and effective as of the ~ day of ~ ,2005, amending the Agreement dated April 29, 2005 (the "Agreement") by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation ("City") and Bay Span, Inc. ("Supplier") (collectively, the "Parties") for. Temporary Labor Services. . RECITALS The Parties desire to alter the Agreement's scope of work to amend the date from June 30, 2005 through December 31, 2005: and increase the scope of the contract from $60,000 to $190,000 at the existing fee schedule. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: 1. In addition to those services contained in the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, Supplier will provide those services described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. 2. City will pay Supplier for all those services described in Exhibit "A" in the not-to-exceed amount of One Hundred Ninety Thousand Dollars ($190,000.00). Supplier will provide City, on a weekly basis, copies of invoices sufficiently detailed to include hours performed and hourly rates for approval by City. 3. 2005. Supplier will provide all services described in Exhibit "A" by December 31, 4. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, will remain in full force and effect. 5.
