Funds provided under this Contractor shall <br />not use Agreement for publicity or propaganda purposes designed to support or <br /> <br />defeat legislation pending before federal, state, or local government. <br /> <br />20. Reliaious Activitv Prohibited. There shall be no religious worship, <br /> <br />instruction, or proselytizing as part of, or in connection with, the performance of <br /> <br />this Agreement. <br /> <br />The following restrictions and limitations shall apply to the services <br /> <br />rendered by Contractor in connection with the terms of this Agreement: <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />Contractor will not discriminate against any employee or applicant <br /> <br />for employment on the basis of religion and will not limit <br /> <br />employment or give preference in employment to persons on the <br /> <br />basis of religion; <br /> <br />(ii) <br /> <br />Contractor will not discriminate against any person applying for <br /> <br />such public services on the basis of religion and will not limit such <br /> <br />services or give preference to persons on the basis of religion; <br />Contractor will provide no religious instruction or counseling nor <br /> <br />(iji) <br /> <br />conduct no religious worship or services, engage in no religious <br /> <br />proselytizing, and exert no other religious influence in the provision <br /> <br />of such public services; <br /> <br />(iv) <br /> <br />The portion of the facility used to provide the publíc shall contain no <br /> <br />religious symbols or decorations. <br /> <br />21. Uniform Administration ReQuirements.
