Assianment and Transfer of Agreement: Notwithstanding <br />Paragraph 7 herein, this Agreement may be assigned by Contractor on behalf of <br />very low-income households (hereinafter called "Beneficiary" or "Beneficiaries") <br />provided that very low income "Beneficiaries" shall assume all rights and <br />obligations of the Contractor hereunder, in form and content satisfactory to the <br />City and Agency. Further, contractor agrees funds hereunder are provided <br />pursuant to 24CFR92, regulations covering the use of HOME funds for eligible <br />subrecipients. <br /> <br />2. Rehabilitation: With funds provided under this Agreement, and <br />funds to be deposited by Contractor hereunder, Contractor shall complete <br />renovation and repairs described in the Budget and Contract Objectives on <br />property located at 508 Pine Street and 606 Hilton Street, Redwood City, <br />California. <br /> <br />Contractor shall use the funds provided hereunder for the advancement of <br />programs which provide housing and human services assistance to very low and <br />lower income residents of the City.
