<br />10/24/2003 11:52 <br /> <br />RWC CITY CLERK <br /> <br />5502519102 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Contractor owns improvements on 2 developments that is in <br /> <br />need of repair (the Program), designed for Shared Housing for persons who <br /> <br />reside in the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the aforementioned developments are built on city owned <br /> <br />land which is leased to Contractor, and City encourages physical improvements <br /> <br />to be made to subject improvements, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to <br /> <br />make physical improvements for residents of City during the fiscal year <br /> <br />commencing <br /> <br />July 1, 2003, and ending June 30, 2004; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City has reviewed said request and desires to allocate to <br /> <br />Contractor the sum of Ninety Thousand, Seven Hundred Ninety-Eight and <br /> <br />No/100 Dollars ($90,798.00) from its HOME Investment Partnership funds for the <br /> <br />Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Exhibit A is attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference: <br /> <br />Exhibit A: <br /> <br />Program Services & Budget <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Financial Assistance.
