Both of the <br />units in this real property shall be continuously occupied by eligible <br /> <br />Redwood City residents who are HOME eligible and shall continue to be <br />so occupied for the life of this agreement. Contractor shall affirmatively <br /> <br />market the availability of the units to the City of Redwood City staff and to <br /> <br />Redwood City residents with the goal of attracting all qualified persons <br /> <br />without regard to race, creed, color, religion, sex, age disability, marital <br /> <br />status, ancestry, or national origin. <br /> <br />9. <br /> <br />Annual Reøort.& Recor:,ds. <br /> <br />Contractor shall submit a <br /> <br />narrative report to City annually describing the beneficiaries assisted over <br /> <br />the life of this agreement. Said report shall include the total number of <br /> <br />direct beneficiaries with demographic information regarding income, <br /> <br />household composition, ethnicity, age, and other data as required by City <br />or the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development and <br /> <br />shall be submitted on forms provided by City's Housing Coordinator. <br />i.
