CP04-0041 <br /> <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Article VII, Chapter 29, of the Code <br />of the City of Redwood City, a permit is hereby granted to Geen Again Landscaping & <br />Concr of Redwood City, CA. hereinafter called Permittee, for the purpose of <br />performing improvements to wit: 3711 BRANDY ROCK WAY - GRADING & <br />DRAINAGE, in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo. <br /> <br />This permit is granted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(1) The permittee pays the amount of $ 5700 in account 681024 to cover the <br />cost of plan checking and inspection of the proposed improvements. <br /> <br />(2) The permittee shall deposit with the City Engineer a check, Certificate of Deposit, <br />or a faithful performance bond and payment bond, both in the amount of $ 57300 ; and shows <br />proof of insurance referred to in the application for the permit. <br /> <br />(3) Reference is hereby made to the attached application for permit executed by <br />Permittee under date of 4/14/2005 and the same is hereby incorporated herein and made a <br />part hereof as set forth herein verbatim. <br /> <br />(4) Permittee assumes all responsibility for safety on the project, and shall erect <br />barriers or warning devices as required. <br /> <br />(5) All work to be done by Permittee shall be performed in accordance with and <br />subject to all terms and conditions of the attached specifications and plans, and to the <br />"Engineering Standards" approved by the City Engineer and by reference incorporated herein <br />and made a part hereof. <br /> <br />(6) Permittee is responsible to make arrangements with the design engineer for the <br />preparation of the "as-built" plans. The engineer shall perform limited field work only to verify <br />that the "as-built" drawings are in substantial compliance with the field conditions. The "as-built" <br />plans shall be the original tracings or permanent mylar, good quality, showing the engineer's <br />certificate as stated above. <br /> <br />(7) The grant of this permit shall be voided at the City Engineer's option for any <br />violation of City ordinances, and is good for a period of one year from the date of issue. <br /> <br />(8) Conform to Construction Best Management Practices (BMP), as detailed in the <br />Attached Booklet entitled "Blueprint for A Clean Bay". <br /> <br />(9) <br /> <br />Other: -Contact Phil Kim @ 650-780-7395 or his cell phone #650-740-7348 <br /> <br />Date: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />...."..-- """""-"--'----"'-"--~""'" ... ....... <br />
